UNIFORM POLICY

The following is the uniform policy for all umpires officiating RIIL Varsity baseball games

1. BLACK shirt, jacket, or plate coat with ABURI logo (with black, red, or white undershirt).

Last season (2023) we transitioned to the newer MLB style wear.

Officials will be required to MATCH at all games, so please ensure you coordinate type of uniform to wear on your pre-game contact with partners.

2. BLACK hat with ABURI logo.

3. CHARCOAL umpire pants. (other example)

4. BLACK belt.

5. BLACK plate/field shoes.

 

- No logos from any other organization may be worn on the field while working a RIIL Varsity baseball game.

 

- MATCH your partner.

 

- CLEAN and POLISH your shoes.

 

LOOK and ACT like a PROFESSIONAL.
